In stock items directly fulfilled by us will in most cases be sent out within 3 days. Made to order items can take longer to be sent out. In most cases, USPS will handle actual the shipping of items directly fulfilled by us. We have no control over how long USPS takes to deliver your order.
Some of our items are printed and shipped by Printful. Printful is our "Print on demand production partner". We have no control over how long this process takes. If you feel it is taking too long to receive your order of items that are fulfilled by Printful, please contact us and we will make contact with Printful. Printful has multiple fulfillment facilities so we also have no control over where these items will ship from.
In some cases, you will be redirected to one of our ecommerce shops including but not limited to PicFair, Etsy, and eBay. In these cases, please refer to policies within these shops.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
